And all boards are CAD-designed in collaboration with our designer and hand-made by experienced workers using the best drop-stitch fabric available.

Warranty&Quality

Warranty for our inflatable SUP is 1-3 years.
1. When you get the inflatable SUP, please check the package and signed after you sure there is no damage during transport. If package is damaged, please don't sign and take some pictures as proof. So that we can ask for compensation from the shipping company.
2. Then Inflate the goods and test, if it work well, just share with us some beautiful pictures from your side. If it doesn't work good, please also takes some photos or video for us the know what's the exactly problem and find out the solution.
3. For small problem, we will give direction to help you repair it, for quality problem that makes you can not use the inflatable, let's negotiate and find out the best solution for both of us.
